It all worked fine, Perceus detected them and booted without any problems, except that it doesnt see the local disks. Cannot see anything like them in /dev/. Those are SAS disks attached to a hardware RAID controller. HP has the driver for it, mpt2sas, on their but it is a binary and compatible only with RedHat kernels, while my CAOS installation runs 2.6.31.6-2 now on the nodes. lspci says: RAID bus controller: Broadcom BCM5785 (HT1000) SATA Native SATA Mode Could you please advice me, whether there is a way to use this controller with CAOS kernel?
